I’m Haoxiang Luo, received Ph.D. degree in 2025 with the major of Information and Communication Engineering from the School of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, advised by Prof. Hongfang Yu and Prof. Gang Sun.

Before that, I obtaied my B.Eng. degree from the Glasgow College, UESTC, which is a join programme between the UESTC and the University of Glasgow (UoG), UK, under the guidance of Prof. Weijian Chen.

Also, I was a Visiting Student at the College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, under the guidance of Prof. Dusit Niyato (Fellow of IEEE), from May 2025 to November 2025, and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) in South Korea, under the guidance of Prof. Dong In Kim (Life Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of KAST, and Member of NAEK), form May 2026 to June 2026. At this moment, my research interests are Blockchain, Internet of Things, Networks, Trustworthy LLM, Energy Informatics, and so on.

Teaching Assistant

From September 2023 to the present, I serve as a Lead TA in the Information Security course at the University of Glasgow, UK., under the guidance of Dr. Faisal Tariq and Dr. Yao Sun.
